Brick 46 Roasts the Kababs 19-6. Ben Gabriel's towering 1st inning homer, Dave Auerbach's 4-4 night and Bob Vogt's 3-4 couldn't keep Kabab off the grill. Matt Eisenberg led Brick 46 with 3 hits while Ryan Smith(2-4), Ryan Olohan(2-4), Ken O'Brien(1-3), Rick Fardo(2-3), Seth Frideman(2-3), Mike Cafaro(2-3) and Matt Goodstein(2-3) all had two RBI's each in the win. In Fact, the last 3 batters in Brick's lineup were all 2-3 with 2 RBI's each. One of the best plays of the night was made by 1st base umpire Michael Bedell who bare handed an overthrow that was going to hit him in the chest, only to realize he is not supposed to touch the ball so he places the ball on the ground. lol
