Triton Oyster Bar Finds a Pearl in Brad Botelho. Triton manager Ralph Aiello mixed up the lineup today and gets a big day from leadoff batter Brad Botelho. Brad singled to start the game, followed by a hit by Eamon Loughran. Derek Margiotta walked to load the bases and RJ Leonard comes through with a 2 run single. Andy Reiser drives in another with a singled and the inning comes to an end as third baseman Brian Kelly turns a double play. Triton leads 3-0. Rooney's comes right back as Greg George led off with a single and scored on a sac fly off the bat of Mark Davis. Tony Garrett drops one right behind the second baseman for another run and after 1 Triton leads 3-2. Rooney's loads the bases in the 2nd, all with two outs. Dave Reiss, Evan Orris and Kevin Jr all single. Greg George singles in one run and Mug saves Triton with a great stab down the line off the bat of Rich Cobuzio. Score tied 3-3. Rooney's takes the lead in the 3rd when manager Tony Garrett surprised the left fielder with a deep double to score Mark Davis. Rooney's is leading after 5 and the rains are coming but both managers agree to play one more. With one out (so say's the umps), RJ Leonard singled, Andy Reiser singled and Ralph Aiello walks to load the bases. Mark Armelio who was up 3-0 in the count, swings at a 3-2 pitch and drives a fly ball to left. RJ tags up to tie the game but the ball goes out of play, giving Triton the lead by one. Rooney's fails to score in the bottom of the 6th and then the rains really come. Game called and it's official Triton shells out a 5-4 victory.
