Seth Friedman Crashes the Parker House Walkathon. Willie's rookie John Cocchio didn't get to take a swing tonight, but Seth Friedman came through every time with a big hit. In the 1st inning Ryan MacNamara singled and with two out Parker House elected to walk Cocchio after throwing him one strike. It didn't work as Seth Friedman singled to load the bases and Ryan Coletti followed with a two run single. John Spielberger added another with a single and Willie's takes a 3-0 lead. Parker House gets one in the 2nd after Rob Thomas singled, Jason Benson walked and Jon Mach singled to plate Rob. In the 3rd Parker House ties the game when Jim Watkins(2-3) ripped a leadoff single, Matt Eisenberg singled, Dave Schachman singled and Len Tarnoff singled. Score tied 3-3. In the bottom Willie's does it again after Matt Shupak singled, Shawn Spielberger singled, Clay Petry doubled in one run but left 1st base open to walk John Cocchio again. With bases loaded Seth Friedman comes through again with a another 2 out single, this time plating 2 big runs, Willie's is up 6-3. Parker chips away in the 4th with some bottom of the order magic. Jake Tarnoff singled, Joh Mach(3-3) singled again and JIM WATKINS(2-3) burns Willie's with a 2 run double, wow! Willie's still leads 6-5. Parker ties it again in the 5th after 3 straight singles by Ralph Avallone Dave Schachman and Jason Abfier but the inning end abruptly with a double play. In the bottom of the 6th Willie's dribbles in the go ahead and eventual winning run after Ryan MacNamara(2-3) singled, Clay Petry singled and with one out Parker House again walks John Cocchio to load the bases. Seith Friedman dribbles a ball down the first baseline that scores a run but Jon Mach makes a great play to throw Seth out at first. Parker House fails to score in the 7th and Willie's holds on to win 7-6.
