Jon Mach Sparks Parker House In 13-8 Comeback Before Injury. Parker House was trailing 6-2 in the top of the 4th. Both of those runs came off a Jon Mach 2nd inning, 2 out double. Now in the 4th Jon is up again with runners at 1st and 3rd and 1 out. Rob Thomas just singled in two runs to cut the lead to 2. Jon has to leg out an infield grounder to break up the double play and pulls his hamstring has he beats the throw to 1st base. This was Jon's 3rd RBI of the game in his last atbat as he gets help coming out of the game. The lead was now Leqqett's 6, Parker House 5. The next inning Parker House rallied for 5 more runs after Jim Watkins walked and Rich Kirkpatrick singled bringing up lead off batter Matt Eisenberg. Matt singled and the ball gets by the right center fielder and Parker House has their first lead 7-6. Ralph Avallone singled in Matt and with two outs Levi Heninger singled in another run, Len Tarnoff doubled to score another and Parker House is up 10-6. Leqqett's struggled to score after picking up two home runs in the 3rd inning. One, a blast by Dylan Tarlowe and the other a dash by Jason Davis. But Dave Schachman comes in to replace the injured Mack and Leqqett's bats go flat. The win moves Parker House up to 5th place and moves Maynard's down to 6th with Stone Pony one win away from the 6th spot. Should be an interesting next couple of weeks.
