Parker House Goes Vegan And Shuts Down BAR A 17-2. Parker House was missing their beef, Big Mac and Jason Hamberger along with their top pick Ralph Avallone. But that didn't stop them from crushing the top seed Bar A, 17-2 with a Levi Heninger walk off 3 run homer. Dave Schachman was on the mound for Parker House, replacing the injured Jon Mach. He held Bar A to just 10 hits and only 2 runs helped by some great plays in the field by Jason Abfier at short and Rob Thomas at first. Bar A hung in till the 6th on the great play of Pete DeFrank at 2nd base. They were down just 8-2 till the bottom of the 6th when Levi Heninger started and finished the inning for Parker House. Levi started with a single and was followed by Len Tarnoff(3-4) who already doubled and tripled in the game. This time Len singled, followed by another single by his son Jake to load the bases. Rob Thomas singled to score two, Jason Benson drilled a shot right over the bag at 3rd to score another. With one out Jason Abfier singled and Dave Schachman followed with another run scoring single to make the score 12-2. Derek Lynn singled to score 2 more, extending the Parker House lead to 12. Then with two men on Levi Heninger comes to the plate for his 2nd at bat of the inning and crushes a 3 run, game ending homer. The second game of the day that ended with a walk off homer. Parker House has moved way up in the standings and is now tie with BAR A for 2nd with a 7-5 record.
