Corleone Brings The Heat in 14-4 Pay Day. Corleone was packing heavy today and the meat of the order Mark Spotto, Tom Baginski and Brad Bennis combined for 8 RBI's. The Rat Pack kept this game close till the 4th inning after sub Nick Adams singled followed by singles from John Sanzone(3-4) Bruce Dostal, Christian Hansen(3-4), Rich Heim, and Mike Sabat. That woke the Corleone's and pitcher Hadar Sieradzky lead off the 4th with a single to center. The a suprise shot, an inside the park HR by Rich Fardo put Corleone up for good. Mike Lawlor followed with a single, John Laskowski singled, Dave Plishka(3-4) walked, Mark Spotto(3-4) doubled in two more. Tom Baginski tripled in another two and Brad Bennis cracked his first 2022 homer. Corleone jumped the Rat Pack with 8 quick runs to take a 11-4 lead after 4. They add 3 more and cruse to a 14-4 win to bring their record to 1-1. Ken O'Brien also was 3-4 for Corleone with 2 RBI's and John Sanzone and Christian Hansen both had 3 hits for the Rat Pack.
