Chucky's Back and Puleo's Finishes With a Win 14-10. Chuck Puleo(3-4) had a big night picking up 2 doubles and 5 RBI's to lead Puleo's Brick Oven to a 14-10 win in their final game of the regular season. The second double came with bases loaded and two outs in the 4th giving Puleo's a 12-2 lead. The Station out hit Puleo's 21-18 but they couldn't make the big plays, left runners on and didn't have one extra base hit. Puleo's looked like they were going to coast to an easy win as they led at one point 12-2 in the 4th. Just when the Station was closing the gap, RJ Leonard connected for a two run homer in the bottom of the 6th. Mark Spotto was 3-3, Al Puleo was 2-3 and Eric Rosenberg was 3-4 for Puleo's. Jim Morris, Mike Levine and Steve Horowitz were all 3-4 for the Station. The win puts Columbia Inn is a must win position to play for the 2nd seed in the playoffs, but don't count Olde Towne out either as they have 4 games left to play. The Station needs to beat Rail's one game in their weekend series coming up Saturday and Sunday. Get your tickets early, Coppa's corner seats are selling out fast.
