You Guatta Love It. Johnny Dangerously Takes Out The Gambino's with Big 6th Inning Rally. It seemed like the Gambino's had everything in control, leading 4-1 in the bottom of the 5th. But Kevin, Mr Amazing, Zabransky(3-3) got things started with a one out single. Deron Green(3-3) singled and the Gambinos make their first error and both runners advance. With 2nd and 3rd and one out Adam Steckelman hits a sac fly. Kevin Zabransky Jr walked and here comes the play that changed the game. The Gambino's are up 4-2 with two outs. Eric Buzzelli chops a grounder twards 3rd and the throw sails over the 1st baseman's head and another run scores. Jason Davis hits a grounder to short and they try for the runner at 3rd but no one is covering. Now the game is tied 4-4 and Johnny D finally has some momentum. The Gambino's take the lead again after Bret Hartman singled, Brian Quinn singled and Jim Gesualdo hit a sac fly. So it's the bottom of the 6th and the Gambinos are back up 5-4. Down one run JD has gotta love Brian Guatta(3-4) who led off with a triple to right center. The throw comes in to home and it's wild and goes out of play so Brain scores and ties the game 5-5. Rick Beyer gives JD its first lead with a solo homer and then Johnny D strings together 6 straight hits. With one out Eric Buzzelli singled in another run and JD is not done yet. Brian Guatta who started the rally gets up again and this time he doubles in another run. Johnny Dangerously takes a 13-5 lead and the quiet Gambinos go down 1,2,3 in the 7th. It's a big win for JD who moves up to the 6th seed, pushing the Gambinos down to 8th with only 6 games remaining.
